What we process

• Account: email address, sign-in timestamps (Cloudflare D1). Legal basis: contract.
• Payments: handled by Polar Software Inc. (merchant of record). We receive order and subscription status, never card data.
• Email: sign-in links and receipts are sent via MailerSend.
• Analytics: only after you accept the banner; PostHog, EU region, no advertising trackers. Withdraw consent by clearing site data.
• Hosting and security: Cloudflare (edge, WAF). Server logs are kept for 14 days.

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection: write to hello@nestify.live. You may complain to your supervisory authority.
